Who is responsible for your data

What this website collects
Only what you type into its forms: your email address and, if you give them, your firm’s name, website, field, and what one new client is worth to you. Nothing else is collected. This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
Why, and on what basis
To answer your request and prepare your check, which is a step you ask for before any contract (GDPR, article 6(1)(b)). To follow up once about your request, which is a legitimate interest (article 6(1)(f)). Your data is never sold, and never used for anything else.
Who else handles it
The website is hosted, and its forms are received, by Netlify, Inc. Booking a call uses Cal.com. Where these providers process data outside the European Union, they do so under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long it is kept
Requests that don’t lead to work together are deleted after 12 months. When you become a client, your data is kept for as long as the work and Portuguese tax law require.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, move or delete your data, or object to how it is used, by writing to polly@vetikistudio.com. You will get an answer within one month. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (cnpd.pt).
